Exotic chances are not equal, so it's not true RNG.

It's still a dice roll though, just not the same dice.

weighted die are not truly random. If all 22 exotics that you can get anywhere represented a face on a die, and they all had different weights so you would get certain exotics more often than others, that is not RNG.
