So explain to me why the Master Chief collection was in such bad condition when it came out.

Because it was mashed together and wasn't a 'new game' just something for the fans I guess? I never bought it so idk.

That's not a very good sign for a company taking on a legacy title like Halo I would be a little worried about that and for being a mashup of games there's still no excuse for the condition that it was in.
