Do you understand that every country is eligible to compete in the RWC? Even if they don't qualify for the finals they are eligible. Only England and Australia are eligible and compete in the ashes.
Yes, but just because they're eligible doesn't mean they compete. You said that every country competes. I was pointing that out several times and you couldn't seem to grasp the concept. So before you go throwing out names and such, maybe it'd be a good idea to have a retrospective look at what has transpired.
