Quoted below is the existing Community Wish List that was being curated by Destiny Player Support. I’m taking over this initiative and will be updating the list once a week. I love reading feedback, but we can all agree that there is a lot of it to sort through. In order to make sure you get your idea seen, post a new topic to the #Feedback forum and add the tag #CommunityWishList. This will give us an easy way to review all of your ideas you would like to be added to the list.
Please remember that this is not a To-Do List for Bungie. We can’t promise that every idea is being worked on actively. Our goal here is to confirm that your feedback has been received. Everything on this list are things that the players of Destiny have repeatedly asked for.

Can you get mabye snoop or Will Farrell in your game to do some funny shit as a vendor at the tower next event. The tower has always been about fun. Lets make it fun again

I have been playing and thinking a lot about Destiny over the last few weeks. I've been a long time player, and despite my best impressions and worst reservations about the game, I still enjoy playing it. I still feel that the necessity for grinding and raiding to get the best gear and hence light level is a bit too much. I have not completed the Kings Fall raid. I have logged over 349 hours on the game between 3 characters, completed countless strikes, missions, and Nightfalls. However, I still do not have a single character over 300 light. I can understand and support having a raid and "hard" mode for players willing to invest their time and energy on completing challenges that require those investments. I believe that a more fair system is necessary to those of us who don't have 5 friends or 5 hours readily available to complete a raid to have access to the best gear though. It would be one thing if it were all equal, but those of us who do not have 300+ level gear are being punished in The Crucible. The best events and opportunity for the rest of us to get 300+ level gear is contingent upon us being able to best others who have earned all the top quality gear. That said, it again becomes a time investment hoping that some random drop gives you something that you desperately need in the Iron Banner. It is my opinion that a loot system needs to exist to reward you for tasks that are fitting of your achieved level. Something like a +/- system should exist in relation to your level. So if you are light level 295 for example, any loot you receive should be for instance +/- 5 from where you are respectively. An armor or weapon drop for the above character should range from 290 to 300. That could be more of an incentive to pursue the grind. At some point, you'll eventually make it to higher rankings just based on the percentage and odds of the gear you find. I do still believe that challenge and raid players should be rewarded. I would rather that is through unique items with unique build trees than through light level alone. Light level/gear advancement alone punishes those of us who play in The Crucible and Iron Banner who can't finish raids in one case or another. This is just something to consider. Thanks. See you in Destiny.

How bout not a shitty vday event. Stop smoking crack and making one of the worst events. Ever heard of! This is gonna have such low participation I feel it. Rift for iron banner you all are -blam!-ing stupid!

Make a heroic version of some of the older strikes

Edited by Nevenity: 1/21/2016 10:35:20 PMInferno Nightfall Yes, that's right, a new nightfall. As implies, this nightfall is INFERNO, and is much harder. Unlike 280 light Nightfall, Inferno Nightfall will send a purple flame above your head once completed - showing your mighty wrath as you come out the darkness undiminished. Back, like in Year 1, let the tower guardians crowd round you and bow as you bathe in your glory as a purple flame burns above your head. Inferno Nightfall features a new design. Light level will be at 320, and will NOT be a task able to be soloed easily. Inferno features two new perks on the Nightfall: Inferno Nightfall and Blinded. Blinded will forbid any use of both radar and teammate indicators (gamer tag above their head). This requires more coordination as you have to provide your exact location to stay grouped: no communication, no victory. Inferno Nightfall perk (as in Year 1) launches all guardians back to orbit should everybody die. Timer respawn after death will be reduced to 15sec to compensate for the Inferno Nightfall perk (15sec is to prevent Alpha Lupi glitches to infinitely respawn guardians to avoid Inferno Nightfall launching). Bosses will be coated with an Inferno colour to their skin, implying their difficulty is higher. Their attacks will have a 15% damage increase and a 5% HP increase. Bosses will move more vigorously to prevent camping and constant movement. Minimal light level required for Inferno Nightfall will be achieved once hit 310 light, where a quest will be launched in order to be completed. The guardian must complete these set of tasks before being able to unlock Inferno Nightfall: - 5 Nightfall completions - Nightfall completion where nobody dies - Nightfall completed under 10min - Solo Nightfall - Complete 310 Nightfall Inferno Nightfall will be unlocked the following week on Tuesday, where the playlist shall appear as another option alongside Nightfall. Inferno Nightfall should reward players with loot guaranteed above 310. Inferno shader, emblem and ship can be unlocked as a random loot from Inferno Nightfall. Inferno shader shall have dark red and black with a shining black coating, and a bloody look. The emblem shall feature a red and black background with the Nightfall logo (simplistic but worth the grind). Finally, the ship will be red and black (as the theme suggests) with pointed edges with bones as a finishing touch. The touch of malice core will be in the centre to vary the ship from the one from KF. This will follow TTK theme, but shall certainly be worth the grind every week. If you enjoyed, be sure to bump and quote this idea. If you have a suggestion or idea, please comment and I'll be sure to consider editing :D

How about punishment for constantly leaving games. Cause I can't tell u how often a player doesn't get heavy so he just leaves or his super gets shut down. I play mostly three v three and when one person is leaving it puts u at a huge disadvantage.

Challenge mode rotated through the old raids with random 320 items higher level requirements. Ranked crucible and private games An ongoing event roster sparrow/iron banner/league. Just afew...

Can you fix the glitch with the New Monarchy 'Armour of Vows' ship. When this ship is equipped the postmaster will continually display a green icon even though there is nothing there to pick up, very annoying. Switch to a new ship and the icon goes away, but I would like to equip the AoV ship.
-
A "nightmare" difficulty for the yr 1 raids, requiring like 300+ light
-
Personally id like to see some kind of starship dog fighting for both crucible as well as pve. This would give us more of a reason to acquire newer ships.

Edited by Dredged Yor: 1/21/2016 5:38:49 PMI was thinking what if there was a board in the tower people could post on instead of the forums. They post what they would like to do whether it be pvp, raids, or even strikes and it could be sorted by all the different categories then you just click on the person's name and can add them strait from the board. This would be extremely helpful for people without access to smart phones or computers.

I'd like to add this to the wish list; Start working on the wish list

Add private matches!!!!!!!

Edited by Boomer: 1/21/2016 5:42:35 AMCan we please take heavy ammo out of 3v3 and ruble playlists? So dumb a guy can get heavy machine gun ammo and have it the entire game.

Edited by Pendragon: 1/21/2016 8:26:32 PMTrading system? I have been wishing for a trading system since year one. But not any trading system where you just trade a blue for a exotic just to help out your low rank friend level up. But a balanced one. Let's say your friend has a 310 suros and you want it...to be able you trade you would have to have another 310 exotic primary to trade. Or let's say you want a 1000 yard stare from your friend that 295...but to trade for it you would need a weapon equivalent to 295 secondary or let's say you don't have somthing exactly 295....so you can trade it for a 300 secondary....but it has to be 5 light above or below to trade. So it's not much of an impact on your light level. But you can only trade legendary and exotic weapons and armor. Thoughts?
-
How about making low level enemies to very little damage. The game need a better balance for levels. For example a level 4 enemy shouldn't even be able to hurt a level 30 guardian at all. Let alone a level 40 guardian. Please balance it better

Edited by VerySpookySoup: 1/8/2016 9:31:21 PMThe nine have sent me to this post to discuss... They would be most interested and it would also benefit everyone positively if you would allow me to sell exotic shards again...Also an idea that would make a loooooot of year one players very very very very happy... What if I would have up to 5 exotic year one weapons upgrades that would upgrade a year one exotic up to 280 armor/damage? The weapon upgrades would change every week and since you can only get year one weapons from legacy engrams, people who already have the weapon or armor piece can upgrade their gear! It'll be sort of like what you guys did when dark below came out. All weapons and armor that did 300 damage/armor could be upgraded to 331 damage/armor. It could cost 5 exotic shards and you'd need the weapon/armor or it could cost 5 Etheric light which is still very useless (it gives you barely any rep and queen faction is sorta useless with TTK out). It would give people who have tons of Etheric light in their vault a reason to use it all! And maybe you could have ALL legendaries be able to be upgrade for 5 Etheric light because I have dark below gear that I would very much like to be 280+ damage (Saterienne rapier, LDR, Etc.) THIS WOULD MAKE A LOT OF PEOPLE HAPPY PLEASE CONSIDER THIS

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD ADD PRIVATE MATCHES !!!!!!!

More content. I'm bored. And I don't want to play the raid anymore. Don't care to reach 320

Nerfs Yes, I know, I'm whining about guns that some may think don't need to be tweaked. However, I think it's fair to say that these guns are certainly dominate and have some of the highest TTK in Destiny in the current meta. Anyway, without further ado, here are my suggestions.
Also, if you don't want to listen about nerfs then please don't continue reading, as this may aggravate some in ways I do not intend to. Otherwise, enjoy...
The Last Word With the highest TTK, it is certainly a gun that is on the high end of the tier. It's damage is surprisingly large, especially at close range! The recent patch has certainly proved to been effective, and I can't say it was nerfed effectively. But... It does need a tone back. Hip fire is too inconsistent to be viable in PvP should you choose to utilise it consistently, especially as it is a three hit headshot (unless you use ACB, but why would you as it destroys the stats). ADS is also a three hit kill and is X10 more consistent with the sight, not to mention the fact that it bumps up the range and accuracy tremendously. Therefore, ADS should not deal so much damage - TLW orients it's perks around hip fire, but why you'd hip fire if you can be more accurate and have the same TTK I don't know. Bump down the damage down to maybe a four hit headshot or three hit body shot while ADS. Do not edit hip fire at all other than maybe making it a little bit more consistent as it is somewhat unreliable at the moment. Now, onto... THORN! Thorn Nerfed in the current patches, it certainly had some changes. The two hit headshot what certainly obnoxious back in Year One, but those days are thankfully over. However, it is slightly a little too powerful. Debatable, but in my opinion, I think it's still to powerful, especially when people still use Thorn in Year 2 Trials. The range is one issue. It's ability to still challenge scout rifles should not be an issue, but it is. Hand cannons are supposed to be closed range, not the range competent to beat scout rifles. But that isn't the biggest change I'd like to protest for. Everybody hates the green goo on your screen, and the DoT that bleeds you to death. Therefore, to make Thorn more skilful, the DoT should not occur unless headshots are hit with the Thorn. The damage stays the same. Then, it is viable should you be consistent with it. Hope you enjoyed it. I understand it was a bit of a rant, but I think it was for a good cause. Before you say I don't play PvP a lot, think again. I orient around PvP, and as TLW and Thorn are the dominant weapons in PvP, toning them back would certainly be a pleasure as new weapons are recognised.
