Community Wish List (old)

Quoted below is the existing Community Wish List that was being curated by Destiny Player Support. I’m taking over this initiative and will be updating the list once a week. I love reading feedback, but we can all agree that there is a lot of it to sort through. In order to make sure you get your idea seen, post a new topic to the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Topics/0/Default/None/Feedback]#Feedback[/url] forum and add the tag #CommunityWishList. This will give us an easy way to review all of your ideas you would like to be added to the list.
Please remember that this is not a To-Do List for Bungie. We can’t promise that every idea is being worked on actively. Our goal here is to confirm that your feedback has been received. Everything on this list are things that the players of Destiny have repeatedly asked for.

Another feature that I think would be great would be the ability to see what map a friend is playing on or what strike they are in currently. Also for PvP, the ability to see who is on our team when flying in. And a timeout feature that punishes those who keep leaving matches and giving up.

Want to know how your players want the game then create leagues and track stats because apparently that's all bungie can do these days is track stats. League 1 - no heavy ammo 3 vs 3 or 6 vs 6 one life no revives League 2 - you get one special ammo crate after the 3rd win like heavy is now 3 vs 3 or 6 vs 6 clash or control League 3 - primary only no grenades or supers 2 vs 2 or 4 vs 4 all game modes in this Playlist Something similar to this with obvious tweeking to settings and team sizes.. What's everyone's thoughts? Maybe rotate the leagues monthly with real rewards not emotes or shades or ghost....

Dropping an idea like that but I know it's possible since it's used in a mission: 3rd person option for PvE and a special 3rd person playlist for PvP.

I think I would rather not have a sword only game type. This is a FPS.....just give us more missions, environments, stories, rewards, and enemies!

1 ReplyI think having dark versions of warlocks, hunters and Titans would be awesome! These classes would harness the power of the dark but use it for good against the enemies with whole to subclasses, amor and possible weapons that only they can wield because of the dark power the hold. Just thought that would be a cool suggestion. Thanks for reading it if you did

What if there were a pve iron banner event just like pvp and it happen the same week as IB? what would players want it to be like? Id say same rewards, same raking, different game mode. Different color gear and weapons so that people know if its a pvp or poe set. Idk

1 ReplyA new game mode where its 6v6 all players but one team is their guardians but the other team is random minions of the darkness(fallen, hive, etc.) and they would battle 2 rounds, the first round alpha is the guardians and bravo is the minions of the darkness then they go back to orbit after the score is reached or the time runs out and they go to a different map for round two where alpha is the darkness and bravo is the guardians

2 RepliesI have a really cool idea for a new pve co-op game mode. I call it "Marathon". The idea of it is theres a huge group of players (bout 6-12) and those players are just hit with waves of enemies. After a certain amount of waves completed there will be a mini boss. And after ALL the mini bosses are defeated, a Difficult and powerfull final boss shows up and players are likely to egt one 310-320 exotic/legendary item from the boss (without using 3oC). You can use 3oC for both mini waves and final bosses for more loot as well. Think of it as a ultimate PoE mixed with Nightfall. And at the end of the game match players are rewarded 310-320 loot. There are two game mode types. (1). Normal: play until all enemies are killed and match ends. (2). Endless: play countless and infinite waves of enemies to test youe skills. Plz reply Comzo!

3 RepliesU could bring crota and vog up to year 2 spec and make a 320 vex myth a reward for vog and a 320 gally for crota completion. Or jus 320 exotic guns in general that would get a few ppl off ur backs for a while without making new content. And I'd quite like a 320 vex and gally. Could even do it for the poe and the queenbreakers bow etc. That would be a challenge. Make it happen 😜

1 ReplySBMM should not be in destiny at all. This game is just supposed to be to have a great time. Instead we just recieve and inmense amount of lag and having to sweat every single match. This game should not be competitive, is a game people get together and have FUN! Lagging and sweating every stupid match is not fun! So please, if CoD could remove SBMM in less than a day, why cant bungie do it too!?!? We have had this since january, come on FIX THIS NOW! SKILL BASED MATCHMAKING SHOULD BE GONE NOW, it is just ruining expirience because of the LAG.

2 RepliesBungie needs to have polls. Ask players questions like what game mode would u like for iorn banner, how do you like the event, what weapons need adjustment, ect. I know it impossible for you to decided by reading all if these post. Make polls bungie if you want real results, listen and apply accidentally.
