Quoted below is the existing Community Wish List that was being curated by Destiny Player Support. I’m taking over this initiative and will be updating the list once a week. I love reading feedback, but we can all agree that there is a lot of it to sort through. In order to make sure you get your idea seen, post a new topic to the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Topics/0/Default/None/Feedback]#Feedback[/url] forum and add the tag #CommunityWishList. This will give us an easy way to review all of your ideas you would like to be added to the list.
Please remember that this is not a To-Do List for Bungie. We can’t promise that every idea is being worked on actively. Our goal here is to confirm that your feedback has been received. Everything on this list are things that the players of Destiny have repeatedly asked for.

An emote box in xûrs inventory Currently the only way to get emotes is the buy them There should be a way to get them in game with appropriate costs for each rarity of emote I.e. Common emotes: 5-10 strange coins Legendary emotes: 10-20 or 30 strange coins Just some way to obtain these other than opening our pocket books

1 ReplyOne more to add to the wish list: allow us to change just the color of the sight dot! The thorn has my favorite sight dot color and I wish I could replace the sight colors for all of my weapons to that color. I am not asking for different sights, but just the ability to change just the color of the sights.

How about rewarding skill and not giving quality loot to suicide teams. Literally a thread about this and is true in normal crucible.

Guaranteed drops based upon skill-based accomplishments in PVP.. You should get a guaranteed legendary engram for certain KDs, certain accuracy percentages, objective accomplishments, etc. it would establish tangible goals for players to strive for in a match. How different would a Control match be if players were awarded a legendary drop for achieving XX+ captures? Skill based rewards > Hours invested rewards I'd love to see items, weapons and shaders/emblems in the game that are truly attainable only by those capable of pulling off feats.... And not just by everyone willing to invest X hours in the game

Matchmaking. There must be legal implications to denying access to content that people have paid for? You can't rely on everyone using third party apps and sites to fill Bungie game for them. Optional matchmaking should have been in the game from day one..we paid for the content that we want access to! Key word OPTIONAL so nobody can reply with stupid arguments about noobs,mics and LFG teams. Bungie pioneered so many good game models and functions in the past, I'm lost for words as to why they have stepped back ten years. I personally don't believe this is the Bungie I have followed for over ten years, I'm sure they have sold out to a developer that does not know their arse from their elbow!

I love Destiny but you all desperately need to fix all the drops in the game. I've seen others post about this but I'm going to keep posting about it until it's noticed. I think drops should be within 5 of your current light level & the chances of getting something higher than your light level should be drastically increased. If you guys/gals did that you would have so many happier players. & add exotics to the new drop values as well. For example. If you are a 308 light level character & are playing a raid, nightfall/pvp match(of any kind) legendary/exotic drops should only be 303-313. Same for legendary/exotic engrams. & increase the chances of the drop to be above your light level. Bring year 1 content back. "Oh year 1 content is locked in time" or whatever was said. There would be so much PVE content if everything was year 2. & most importantly if this is something you all take seriously & consider doing upgrade vault space for weapons & armor to double what we have now. Because I had to delete so much year 1 gear because I just don't have the space. Some of us like to have 1 of everything & there isn't enough space for 1 of everything & to have extra space for extra pieces of high light level gear to put into future gear there just isn't space. I like to plan ahead & have extra pieces at hand so when I get the roll I want on something I can immediately upgrade whatever it is armor or weapon to 315-320. Adding all the strikes to the strike playlists only makes sense. Make every strike boss have a chance to drop a special/legendary heck even a few special exotic items related to that boss. For example Phogoth off could drop gauntlets that have broken chains attached (broken links). Sepkis Prime could drop a ghost that looks like a mini servitor. (Mini prime). Etheric light could be used to increase one light per usage for anything that can be infused. & allow us to infuse artifacts into ghosts or anything. Allow us to infuse anything into anything. Allow us to infuse shards into gear to get light level up. Class specific ghosts & sparrows. Faction specific ghost & sparrows. If year 1 raids were relevant add a Vault of Glass ghost & Crota's End ghost. Adding all pvp maps to pvp playlist is a no brainer. Add team snipers or team shotty or team sword playlists. Add a no super anything playlist,no super no special grenades no special melee.(bare bones) Also bring back the nightfall bonus xp buff. Taking that away makes no sense whatsoever. Increase drop rates for strange coins & motes of light & make the exchange value for these in the tower equal. Add a mystery box's to zur. Exotic weapon box, exotic armor box, emote box, legendary weapon box, legendary armor box, ghost box, sparrow box, shader box, & substantially increase the odds of every box you buy contains something you do not own. Make it a 75-80% chance to be a new item if you need a new item. Add a Grimoire kiosk in the tower with calcified fragments in there too. & it shows you which ones you need.

How about giving us a shit reward system? Oh, wait...we already have a shit reward system. Four weeks in a row, across all 3 characters, I've not had a single exotic drop from the nightfall (that's 12 -blam!-ing nightfalls). Yet you'll give me shit like sparrow horn kits and legendaries at low attack that I don't need. The games' coding favours players who join me while I'm in the nightfall. The coding will even go as far as rewarding players who join at the end boss and didn't do squat. Your bullshit is totally unfair and I've had enough of this crap. I won't be returning for Destiny 2 once I'm done with Destiny 1.

Can there be an introduction to new weapon classes. Like: -smg's (2ndary, cuz sometimes I want a bullet hose and a scout.) -non exotic fusion rifle snipers -rail gun (heavy) -crossbows(special) -rocket pods(heavy) Something to mix it up idk Ideas?
