Community Wish List (old)

Quoted below is the existing Community Wish List that was being curated by Destiny Player Support. I’m taking over this initiative and will be updating the list once a week. I love reading feedback, but we can all agree that there is a lot of it to sort through. In order to make sure you get your idea seen, post a new topic to the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Topics/0/Default/None/Feedback]#Feedback[/url] forum and add the tag #CommunityWishList. This will give us an easy way to review all of your ideas you would like to be added to the list.
Please remember that this is not a To-Do List for Bungie. We can’t promise that every idea is being worked on actively. Our goal here is to confirm that your feedback has been received. Everything on this list are things that the players of Destiny have repeatedly asked for.

We are all so similar looking it's puketastically ironic. "You all look the same..." - Variks, LHJ It's like we're under Bungie/Activision totalitarian rule with so many restrictions and big brother watching our every move. Same gear. Same weapons. Give us freedom to upgrade a random weapon/piece of gear to a legendary light level. Let us choose which gear to keep rather than only give us 5 or so options to maintain a high light level. Your email to select players asking why they don't play Destiny any more is the result in lack of diversity in ideas and player freedom. (Let's be real...) Freedom to play the game as we, the players and reason you're in business, want to play it should have been the focus from the get-go. **Bottom line... it's a good game and your changes are coming along nicely. The events are fun and refreshing from time to time. You are light years from where we started in year 1 with listening to your community, but we still have a ways to go. Just please listen to reason and not newbs in this forum... for future reference. Chow!

11 RepliesThis isn't a wish for an item, but another event like festival of the lost or crimson days. For St. Patrick's day, that week should be the "Week of the Nine", and basically have "Luck of the Nine" after completing a short quest. The Luck perk would last until the next reset and increase drop rates for loot with higher light levels. Plus, with it being called "Week of the Nine" you could have Xür in the tower all week with a bigger inventory of goodies to sell at a slightly cheaper price. Also, similar to the candy from festival of the lost, you could have Gold Coins that drop randomly that can be redeemed at Tess Everese in a semi-large quantity for holiday specific emotes or sparrows or be able to buy such stuff. The tower could also be decorated in green to symbolize the holiday. I feel that if this were added for St. Patrick's day in March, Destiny might show more players online and greater income from the micro transactions. Bungie and the players would profit.

Give rewards like refer a friend to people that help others with raids and pvp. Some of us like to help but it'd be nice to get some rewards besides contempt..

Bungie you should make it so that you can save while you are playing in a mission. Please and also have events like Crimson doubles or iron banner like every one and half week!

For me the one thing I want most is Transmogrification, I know its already at the top of the wish list but I am just saying, I really want it. I love the Iron Banner gear, its what I have always gone with but I dont like the current leg gear, the thigh armor over one leg does my OCD in, I need to have matching legs, thats why I currently run with the trials boots, I chucked on my Iron Regalia leg gear last night just to see how it looked and I thought it matched awesomely with my current gear, I would love to transmog the appearance of my Iron Regalia gear over my current ones, being able to mix and match between parts of my favorite Iron Banner gear is something I really wish I could do, I have been thinking about saying screw light level light and running with it anyways.

Likely someone has said this already...but.... Could you guys put doubles in as a permanent game mode for PvP? Copy & paste it same as it was. Have not played destiny as much as I did since day one but would play way more with that game mode alone.

I wish the game would return when Nightfalls actually advanced character development. A -blam!-ing horn for my reward. If I wanted to race, I'd buy a racing game. Get rid of this shit.
