Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

It is supposed to be a legendary but is special infinite ammo sound more like exotics sooo... Two choices, stay legendary less op, become exotic so can't team up with gjalla, thorn, mida...
