  • Dragon's Breath damage output has potential that is always wasted. Enemy AI is incredibly good at avoiding AOE grenades and couple that with the ridiculously low velocity projectiles, you've got yourself a weapon with a lot of potential, but still falls short.

With HoC, if the target is "floaty" (wizard for instance), then the cluster bombs are wasted. With DB, enemy moves out of damage. Truth comes closer, but has no follow-on damage. Between gally's tracking, hidden proximity perk, and Wolfpack rounds, you have a decent amount of potential damage that will always hit SOMETHING.
