Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

My bet is there is a new strike or raid boss that a team with full black hammers will wipe easily. This minor yet influential change may cause a different strategy that would not be used if a fireteam has unlimited sniper ammo.
