It is legendary, and should act similar to other legendary sniper rifles.

Triple tap and shoot to loot sounds more exotic on a sniper than instant reload

Making ammo and being able to shoot ammo packs from across the map to pick them up is a little more exotic than instant reload.

It is a raid weapon, and should be unique though

But it is still special, it is the only sniper that can pound 18+ rounds without reloading.
