Let's face it, it was extremely OP against bosses, infinite ammo against any boss plus a ton of impact. That's why it was nerfed. It was too easy

Did they not realize it would be this way before they put it in the game though? Why did they put it in just to decide to take it away?

Yes, but now they realize how powerful it is. Plus it's had its time, now it is time for a new sniper to be great

Boss fights are easy regardless of weapons used evry boss has the same skill tree too
