If your friend doesn't have it, he/she doesn't have it. You still do. It's still gonna be a 1 hit kill in pvp. All it means is that it isn't QUITE as effective in pve. It'll mean that raids or skolas will be a little bit more of a challenge. I thought that was what this community wanted. Edit:: I'm personally all for Xur selling it. It'd be brilliant. Although, it should be sold at a higher cost. Say 30-40 strange coins.
