*definitely* not. As it's an exclusive emblem and only those deemed good enough got it. Were you good enough? If yes, you got the emblem, if no you're left without.

How do you get it, exactly? Had to do something in Halo, right? Or am I thinking of a different emblem.

Gain Mythic status in the bungie forums before 2012. Also Keep the status when the site transitioned from the new hawtness to this current layout.
