ANY console will hold a game back. Same reason why Dust514 doesnt get alot of new guns or anything. The game is pushing the limits of the system!

Old gen is holding cross-gen games back from being their best on current gen.

Yes but every game has generation long chains around its neck. Hardware limits are one. Destiny would have its best shot on PC IMHO
