Nixon. The ONLY one who was impeached, that says a lot.
Edit: Ok, there's things you guys have told me about the impeachment situation of other presidents that I have never been taught or knew before. Sorry for my lack of knowledge, I should really just stay out of political stuff :/

He wasn't impeached he resigned before it got to that point. Clinton and one other President(can't remember who) have been impeached.
