So what do people think about finally getting this gun? Is it even worth rolling and if so what perks really make it shine?

It's actually not bad. I mean you obviously can't outgun a Last Word or Thorn but it's really decent. Perks you wanna look for are maybe third eye and headseeker and hand laid stock in the middle.
