I don't apply cognition and intent to inanimate objects. I don't consider any THING to be good or evil. For me, those judgements and labels are reserved for what a person or people do. A deliberate action by someone can be reviewed and deemed "good" or "evil", but a physical object with no brain, no ability to think, no ability to act on its own? No, it is neither good nor evil. It has no intent, no conscience, no agenda. It exists to be used and when it is used, it is the person who uses it and what they do is what should be judged.
