Halo is one game. Destiny is another. Besides that's only true for Xbox users. A lot of playstation users aren't 'Spartans'. Also you are both if you play both games. Not one or the other.

I would suggest re-reading it to capture the spirit of what OP is saying. To me, it says "I was totally a Bungie fan. I want to be a Bungie fan, please get back to making games like you used to." Not "you can [i]only[/i] be a Spartan [i]or[/i] Guardian" I played Halos 1-3 then switched to PS. Then a Bungie product was purchased for the first time in many years for my PS4. And I agree with the OP--I wish I had that [i]feeling[/i] after playing Destiny like I did with Halo's. Ex: how can you mess up with Peter Dinklage? He's a [i][b]great[/b][/i] actor. Actors don't dictate what and how they say things. And tbh, writers don't dictate what actually gets put in the final product.

Developers also don't always have choice as to what's in the final product. They should and Bungie could but for some reason refuse to use their power or choose not to. There's no reason they couldn't have absolute authority on it all. But for some reason they keep choosing the power houses like microsoft and now activision. They have the skill to say well if you don't want it in game then maybe it's not for your console / publishing house and choose where they go. But they don't. $ screams to them apparently. Once the starving artist has recognition they are supposed to go and produce their concept album then offer it cheap or free to their fans as thanks for letting me fill my belly. Like some of the good musicians out there :) And Reread the content? I am guardian! We don't read passed the title :P joke
