This Is A Huge Problem!! We Need Grenades Nerfed NOW!!
Here's the problem. Grenades like arcbolt and firebolt chain off of enemies. Although this okay in PvE, in PvP it is an absolute disaster.
Grenades are unfairly earning us kills. Although many people complain about Thorn's burn, it at least requires you to aim at the player (which actually takes skill). TLW and Thorn are both being bashed waaaay too much. They are both MLG worthy guns in case you didn't know.
In any case, if team mates during control decide to run out in front of you, regardless of what you are doing, you will get hurt by an enemy's arcbolt if it is chained off the scrub that charged in recklessly (let's not even get to firebolt with touch of flame and Viking funeral).
When the stormcaller warlock is released from TTK DLC it will have lightning grenades that will chain off of players that are impacted by it. Once more, certain exotic armors (*ahem voidfang vestments) will [i]reward[/i] bad kids with another super duper CHEAP GRENADE that will rack them kills like no one's business after respawning from death.
This gets back to my original point: arcbolt, firebolt and the new [b][i][u]OVERPOWRED[/u][/i][/b] lightning grenade from the stormcaller need to be changed [u]ASAP[/u]. The multiplayer that we all know and love deserve these changes for the best of competitive gaming.
So please - let's express our disproval to Bungie here. Maybe these grenades should be replaced entirely. What do you guys say?

Please explain why? Grenades are fine. They only bring you down to half health of you're in PvP if you haven't been damaged a lot.

If anything I would just like to see my trip mines kill someone when they have full armor and shields when they have have maxed out armor.

Its people who use any sticky grenades who are annoying. (Besides defender magnetic because the others aren't that good).

Ughhh, the players are going to ruin the game. Everyone thinks something different needs a nerf. If they nerf every request the game will really be broken. I come from playing games that couldn't be changed. Either you deal with it or quit and move on.

Grenades are fine, they are how they should be, something you can chuck in a group and deal a nice bit of damage Its just Firebolt with the extended burn that pisses me off

You believe that firebolt's chain off enemies. You are wrong. Firebolts split upon impact and seek enemies within range, which can damage multiple enemies. But it is not chaining. It is very different. Your opinion is invalid. You don't even understand how firebolts work.

You need to throw the grenade close to your enemy, if you throw it at a random location it will do nothing. Skill is involved, and it doesnt have aim assist like your (following your examples) thorn and tlw do
