After Halo 3, the last I heard of the remaining San Shyuum was that they "disappeared"
Anything on this?

Most of them died when High Charity fell to the Flood. The surviving ones went into hiding to avoid retribution.

There is one helping the arbiter The prophet of clarity He actually liked the elites and during the covenant civil war he helped the elites

Currently there is no San'Shyuum helping Thel 'Vadam in any way. The only known surviving San'Shyuum is studying Forerunner relics at the Refuge.

My error However these prophets r the same Clarity helped the elites but now he is retired at the refuge

It's just Clarity. He's the only known San'Shyuum in the post-war era.
