No Sony paid bungie for the exclusives this is all. As for console war I have both xbone and ps4 I play xbone for racing games and Fifa the ps4 for shooters and gta and there is no difference just personal preference.

So let's say Sony paid Last Guardian's dev team to make it exclusive, does that change that it is still exclusive? No.
