That's not biased. I like both consoles equally, just prefer the Xbox controller. My console has nothing to do with my argument. I honestly find more complaints from playstation users, and more helpful threads from Xbox users.
Complaints about the game(s) or the system? The PS4 is better than the PS3 in some aspects, but there are quite a few where I feel the PS3 is better like reliability and functionality. It's gotten better with some of the updates so at least they are trying, kinda. One thing that I seem to stand alone on is I really don't like the PS4 controller. The PS3 was great, and if I could use it on the PS4 I probably would. Even if I had to lose the touchpad which is the only thing I like about the PS4 controller.
Edit: one other point I want to make. Even though I prefer PlayStation I'm glad there's an Xbox. I'm glad there's competition between the two companies because that helps keep them from being lazy which would be really bad for us customers.
I've heard that the PS4 controller is quite comparable to Xbox. I don't remember what the XBone's look like, but I remember the 360's and there are some similarities. Mainly in the triggers. The sticks are still in the same position, but they sit farther apart and have less travel range. The d-pad is a bit bigger as are the hand grips. The bottom triggers curve outward instead of inward so less chance of having your fingers slip off.
