I really feel the connection for the theory but the quote from Halo CE that is a basis for the theory couldn't have been planned by bungie nearly 15 year in the making. However I still believe that Chief has the ISO Didacts geas cause that is cool

I've been replaying all the games, and while that quote wasn't planned by bungie, it wasn't a accident. It's too deliberate and out of place to just be a random thing.
