Sure that arrow is fast but is it as fast a lightning. Plus a warlock with the most powerful grenade in the game gives me the goosebumps.

It may not be faster but the Shadow Shoot supresses supers. That being said, it all comes down to reaction time.

Not only that but with the right perk u can shoot three arrows and aim each one at a different target...crazy OP
