I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN A FRIKEN GALLY!!!

After over 270 hours I still have not Got Gjallarhorn!!! Have any suggestions for getting it?

I didn't play for months then played at the weekend because I hadn't played how yet, first time doing prison of elders I got it in the big chest after it.
