Elder Cipher
Bungie... I cri evrytiem. I got elder cipher but bounties were full when we killed Skolas. Variks isn't letting me choose my weapons too. Save the day Bungie.

2 RepliesWhat.. you dont pick a weapon at the start when you hand him your bounty, all you do is look at what he has and if you do the PoE with full bounties the cipher does not go to your post master.
