Drug cartels actually help their community by building hospitals. That's why people won't snitch on them.

Have you had any experience with a drug cartel? I lived with my aunt and uncle where the Drug Cartel controlled the town, if you looked at them the wrong way you were shot. They chopped up any police officers who actually tried to make the community better.

I don't blame them. If someone looked at me the wrong way I would break their jaw.
