[spoiler]This is an arrow made for that purpose with advanced tech. It would have a higher density. It wouldn't need a higher density, why the hell would it need a higher density? That doesn't make sense at all. Just because it's an arrow doesn't mean it's weak. A Lightspeed pebble would cut your character in half, I'm the one being lenient.[/spoiler]
