You can't re roll pre dlc weapons. Unless it's an iron banner weapon and even then I wouldn't do it. My longbow synthesis has final round ;) Secondly: I just had a felwinters drop and rolled it to have rifled barrel range finder and luck in the chamber. How about u go obtain one of these unobtainable guns?
