Not really that's like saying exotics should be on the same class as legendaries or better argument we should all be using the same guns in pvp just choose a scout ar pulse or handcannon?

You said deactivate exotic perks then what's the point of having them that makes them exotics over legendaries last word would be a shit weapons red death know increased damage and health regen. Vex no bonus damage after kills. Hard light no stagger monte Carlo no increased super energy. That's what makes the guns exotics vs any other legendary
