Lol are you stupid? I have 3 other legendary hand cannons with max stability that three headshot. I wouldn't use Hawkmoon if it was also three shot, it would take up an exotic slot. This legendary will be much better than a Hawkmoon with no special perks. Are you really that bad that you don't have a three shot legendary? Your logic is retarded.
