So, since Spartan-IV's have less extreme augmentations compared to Spartan-II's, and MJOLNIR GEN2 is cheaper and lighter than any MJOLNIR GEN1 variant, why has the UNSC not developed a variation of MJOLNIR that can be mass-produced for use by standard infantry? I highly doubt it's a monetary issue, and Hunt the Truth made it quite clear that resources aren't a problem, so what's stopping this from happening?

2 RepliesI've always wondered why, after the galaxy was reseeded with life, that the elites and prophets were able to develop space faring civilizations long before humanity. Was it because they had easy access to forerunner technology on their home worlds? And if so, why didn't the Librarian give easy access to forerunner technology to humanity on earth when they were reintroduced? She favored humanity, didn't she? So it would seem like something she would be ok in doing.
