The vex still counts as a special and isn't affected by small arms :(

Edited by MadScissorhands: 6/2/2015 2:08:13 PMNo, the modifier is for Primary Weapons and the Vex is a Primary. It may be a Fusion Rifle but anything in the primary slot should be getting a damage buff.

For sure! Vex and a sniper will disintegrate enemies with that modifier.
