A 300 Fatebringer will do less damage than a 365 one if im lvl 32? No, right?

300 fate deals 1505 dmg crit without any buffs. 365 fate deals 1973 dmg crit without any buffs.

That difference is at an enemy with your same level?! (Lets say 32 both)

All enemies at or above level 24 get dealt the same amount of dmg.

Wow that is amazing, I was thinking that the higger damage was only useful against enemies with higger level than you, I was so wrong. Thanks for the info, you are great!

Correct. If I remember right 300 fate did 1505 crit and 365 does 1900 or so against mobs. Pretty substantial bump. 300 will still do fine though.

They do different damage pending on level yes. But with arc and primary boost you could have a raw fate bringer and still -blam!- everything up

Yes it will do less, I'm not sure how much though. My current 365 fb does just under 2000 damage against mob enemies.
