Why do HoW vanguard/crucible/faction mail packages rewards just a Mote of Light?
I think about 75% of my HoW mail packages have rewarded me with just one Mote of Light and a few glimmer yet the possible contents is listed as
"Legendary Item (Random Class)"
"Upgrade Materials"
So why are we rewarded with one Mote of Light which is listed as a currency? It's not a legendary item nor an upgrade material.
I forgot to add that my Weapon List on my character was full but my postmaster wasn't. I have seen my mail packages go straight through the postmaster.

Since HOW released any new level up I've had the same issue. I'm gonna give it two more cycles before I switch to vanguard. It's bs really.
