Well im overweight which is the main problem; just got lazy with excercise. Also ive never slept rly well: i cant fall asleep til like 2/3am but i gotta be up by 8 so i take sleep aids every night just to fall asleep before midnight.
And earlier this year i found out i have sleep apnea pretty bad so i gotta sleep with a oxygen mask otherwise i get the worst sleep imaginable

I sorta know how you feel.
You can get through it tho. I have sleeping issues and something as simple as running for a bit everyday has [i]really[/i] helped my sleep.
That could just be me, but if it were to help, might as well tell my story, right?
