It doesn't work the same way as the hand cannons in Destiny are shown to work. Yet you people keep bringing it up...

Well it is a science fiction game. And I only read your post at the part where you said the barrel could not align with the bottom of the cylinder. And it most definitely can.

I didn't say that it can't, full stop. I said that it can't while the hammer (which is shown to be functional in Destiny, but is false on the Chiappa) can not also be aligned at the top.
