Does PoE key chest drop Fallen gear?
Does anyone know if the big chest that requires a PoE key drops fallen gear on the higher difficulties, or is it just queens stuff still?

Only queen gear, you can use the armor cores and weapon cores you get from higher level Prison runs to obtain fallen themed gear from Variks in the reef.
