My internet is perfectly fine. Trust me I even tried to snipe him from far away, but he still instantly charges at me from a far distance,and even when I score a headshot on him, he has an armor of some sort which eats the bullet like it's nothing. The green glow still bothers me, it might have to do with some secret exotic he's wearing. :/
