OP there's a trend in Bungie games starting with Halo 2.
The SMG/assault rifle/auto rifle always gets nerfed. Always.
Besides, the final say on a nerf is based on the statistics gathered on weapon use anyways.

In halo 4 [when I played it] auto got a massive boost. Up close it just ripped them apart. Was needed as the maps were a good mix of range and close.

Halo 4 wasn't made by Bungie Breh.

I still count halo 4 as a bungie game as it follows on the style. I've been told halo 5 is pretty much a like for like of Destiny but halo.

The engine is the same, the way it plays is the same.
The engine is the same, the way it plays is the same.
Aside from shooting a gun, the way it plays is very different. Ordinance drops completely changed gameplay
-
True but the way guns handle, how driving a warthog handles pretty much the same. I do like ordinance
-
Nah Halo 4 feels different than other Halo's

Doesn't to me. They added lots if stuff but the physics feel the same.
