Pvp is a plague all pve players on any game must deal with. Companies can, but do not until now, adjust issues on only one side of the coin. Bungie is the first to implement a change to after one in a positive manner and one negative to improve both fields. Blizzard simply prevents certain skills from being used as a means to not need a pve aspect.
