Ruin Wings? More Like Ruined Wings...
I can't tell any difference between using ruin wings and not using them. It's nice getting more ammo from a single pack, but my machine gun already has a perk for that. Bungie, please make ruin wings to they drop heavy ammo like the icebreaker glitch. That would make them amazing.

They used to be great now they only tie up a exotic slot

Yeah, makes no difference at the drops, but gives you more ammo from a drop. :/
