He said he's thirteen. Destiny is rated T. He's old enough; not to mention...it's RATED T. Unlike m rated games, there are no laws that prohibit anyone below 13 to play a rated t game.

My bad, in Britain, the rating is 16, which implies that anyone under 16 isn't recommended to play (sounds stupid, I know)

Oh in that case I'm sorry! I should've taken into consideration that the ratings differ among countries. Heck I don't even know where this kid lives, so you may be right!
