Pre EU wipe, Star Wars wins. No competition. Even if only through sheer numbers. No matter what you say, a MAC gun can [i]only[/i]shoot three capital ships at once. The Star Wars universe has God knows how many of those. Enough to swarm all of the Halo universe.
Post EU wipe, it would be a very good fight, but because of the Jedi and massive armies of Clone Troopers and Battle Droids, I'd still guess SW.

Considering the Precursors and the Forerunners, pre-wipe SW doesn't have number advantage. If anything, Halo has an incredible advantage in that regard.
