Consecutive Consecutive means "one after another", or "in a row". So ... The first 4 consecutive numbers are 1,2,3, and 4. The first 4 consecutive odd numbers are 1,3,5, and 7. Now here is a problem for you: What are the first 4 consecutive even numbers?
