That doesn't make much since...why wouldn't they sign a contract for the whole period of the game? Activision is money hungry , so why only a yr?

They could be doing another bidding war between Microsoft and Sony for Destiny 2, you could make even more money then.

We were talking about Comet which will most likely come out after Destiny's anniversary. Which means year one is over so PS's contract will of expired.

xbox does this too. They renew each year for CoD.

Which is a new game, not an expansion. So what you mean is they will renew for destiny 2. Cod comes out with a new game once a yr destiny doesn't we are still in the same game so that's not comparable.

How would you know destiny doesn't come out with a yearly game? Call of duty hasn't always steadily released new games yearly either, looking at their olds days.

Your taking the argument in a different route. Cid was made by multiple companies where destiny is not they wouldn't expand it if they were releasing a new game. Common sense my friend.

The exclusives could just be on a year by year renewal basis. You guys might have to wait till fall of 2016 for anything after year one is over lol.
