True however, the more exotics added to his table the less likely he will sell the one you want and less likely it will drop as reward.

Not true exactly. The first few months of TDB he sold the new exotics as a 2-1 ratio over old exotics. While the new exotics were much smaller in numbers they showed up much more often than the old exotics.(besides voidfang lol) For all we know it will be the same for HoW and every DLC afterward.

Was it a calculated ratio meant to be that way or was it simply RNG?

Adds up to him selling 41 non-DLC from week 14 forward and 35 DLC items. Then if you take into account the amount of items there were... thats where the almost 2-1 ratio comes in.

Its not calculated, but look for yourself.: http://www.destinypedia.com/X%C3%BBr,_Agent_of_the_Nine/Inventory_History week 14 was the week TDB dropped. 15 is where you start seeing 2-4 items from TDB per week(besides like 1-2 weeks)

Hmm, interesting. Anyway, not saying I don't want the ratio to be higher for exclusive items when they come to Xbox because I do, I want Hawkmoon soo bad. Just think it will be unlikely.
