Jolder's Hammer reforge

I managed to pick up two Jolder's Hammers earlier in IB and was wondering what the 'ideal' perk set up would be when reforging them. I was thinking Crowd Control, Field Scout and stability/quick reload? Any suggestions/advice? Edit: They're on my Hunter and Warlock.

U want bonus damage scout and the one where the longer its fired its doesn't move o have it on my hunter I have a second Ive been reforging now I need more notes of light spent 128 so far
