See I might say Goku but the problem that always arises with Destiny Universe it the Vex. It's only luck of draw that you're in a reality where they're not the dominant fighting force.
Prime example being the current Destiny Universe.

Goku could easily snatch a gorgon up and make a relic, he therefore could not be lost in the dark corners of time. Even if Atheon teleported him somewhere he could just tele right back and blast him in half
-

	He can't IT through time.
-

He doesn't need to if he has the relic, which is easily obtainable for him
-

Nobody to activate the portal for him
-

He can teleport himself. He gets ported to mars? O well, he can be back in VoG in an instant
-

Nope instant transmission can't time travel. Mars and Venus are the past and future.
-

Goku destroy atheon before he opens the timegate
-

He doesn't need to if he has the relic, which is easily obtainable for him
-

Missing the point, this could only happen in a reality where the Vex hadn't already turned the Sayian planet into a machine.
-

Considering the vex have not turned planet Namek into a machine as far as we know. I think it's safe to assume everything is ok.
-

Well how old is Namek? I'm not too clear on that myself. And I'm not saying Goku could win, because there's no doubt he could, I'm just saying there's probably a large number of realities where he didn't or couldn't. Like how there's probably a large number of realities where he was easily triumphant.
-

Not sure how old it is. Frieza already blew it up anyways so... Goku lives on Earth. Which the vex have not touched yet in Destiny.

Edited by Sppeedbreaker: 4/27/2015 12:31:07 AMTrue, but if you recall Vex had already scouted Venus billions of years ago. My assumption is they had no real reason to act until humans started to move in on their turf and were also spurred on by the Darkness. If I had to guess, the Vex left Earth alone because it had to much water, or showed evidence that the planet would maintain to much of it.
